Crafting and Repairing Heirlooms
About BibleBulldog Rebinds
Learn about our passion for preserving sacred texts and the craftsmen behind our quality rebinding services.
Our Story
BibleBulldog Rebinds was founded in 2022 by journeyman printer Scott Richey, whose family has been involved in printing and bookbinding for many years. What began as a small workshop focusing on general Bible repairs soon evolved into a specialized Bible rebinding service when Scott recognized the need for high-quality, durable Bible bindings that preserved both the text and the sentimental value of these sacred books.
Named after Scott’s beloved English bulldogs – Spike, Cooper, and Moses who were and are a constant presence in the early workshop; BibleBulldog Rebinds combines traditional bookbinding techniques with modern materials and methods to create beautiful, functional Bible bindings that stand the test of time.
“I believe that the Word of God deserves the very best quality craftmanship. When people entrust me with their Bibles-often filled with years of notes, highlights, and memories-we’re not just rebinding a book; we’re preserving a spiritual journey.”
– Scott Richey, Founder
