With a copper engraved frontispiece by Cole after Wale, as well as 33 further copper engraved plates by various artists. Raised bands, gilt titles to spine. Pages are crisp and very readable with nice margins. Some browning, small tears, dog ears, foxing & spotting in places as would be expected for a Bible of this age. Heavy wear to boards, front board detached, most of leather missing from back board. An index/list of subscribers at rear is missing. Tape repair to front page. 42 photos provided for condition.
